Alpe Adria Trail / walk



The Alpe Adria Trail connects three regions: Carinzia (Austria), Slovenia and Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy). It consist in 43 stages and it’s about 750 km long. This long-distance trail leads you at the bottom of the highest mountain of Austria, the Großglockner. The trail goes through some of the most beautiful mountain scenarios of the Carinzia region. Part of the trail goes around the area where the borders of Austria, Slovenia and Italy meets, and it ends by the town of Muggia on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. The Alpe Adria Trail it’s an unique itinerary made for those who loves walking. This map covers the areas crossed by the 27th, 28th and 29th stages of the trail
from Passo Solarie to Prepotto passing through Cividale del Friuli.
